Thirty years in hospital blues and no idea what to put on afterwards. We built the evening half of a life.

A surgeon who owned exactly two kinds of clothing: the hospital's, and whatever was on sale on the way home from it. Nothing in the second category had been chosen.

We kept seven things, threw the argument out with the rest, and built a set that works for a restaurant, a lecture and a Sunday without changing anything but the shoes.
